Meal planning and preparation is the key to successful weight loss and transformations. It gives you a chance to be in control over what you put into your body rather than being (mis)guided by hunger and cravings. Plus packing my lunch a day ahead saves quite a bit if time while in getting ready for work in the morning.
• Breakfast:Egg white frittata with creamy spinach and mushrooms with a side of roasted sweet potatoes
•Lunch: Sugar snap peas, sautéed with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and chicken
•Dinner: Fuji apple kale salad (with chicken) or southwestern spinach salad (with chicken, tomatoes, and black beans).
